COMPUTERIZED NUMBERICAL CONTROL (CNC) MACHINES
4 CNC SWISS-TYPE AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINE: 5/8" dia. capacity. Attachments for: cross drilling & milling, overhead milling, slotting, eccentric axial drilling and tapping, programmable work support and spindle indexing. One (1) machine is equipped with an automatic magazine bar feeder.
3 CNC SWISS-TYPE AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINE: 1-1/4" dia. cap. X 11.8" headstock stroke and with hydrodynamic bar feed, 1 degree spindle indexing, long turn steady rest, and attachments for; cross drill, cross tap, overhead milling, slotting, off-center face drill/mill.
1 CNC SWISS-TYPE AUTOMATIC SCREW MACHINE: having 7/16" diameter capacity and equipped with CNC programmable sub-spindle, 12,000 RMP main spindle and automatic magazine bar feeder.
2 3 AXIS CNC TURNING CENTER: Equipped with two (2) independent tool turrets for high speed bar work to 1-1.4" diameter and chucking work to 5" diameter and lengths to 9.0" long.
2 CNC HORIZONTAL TURNING CENTER: 2-1/2" dia. bar capacity and 10" dia. X 18" long chucking capacity equipped with programmable tailstock and IGF (Interactive Graphics Programming).
2 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER: equipped with (18) tool automatic tool changer, 6000 ROM spindle, and having table travel of X - 23.6" : Y - 15.75" : Z - 18.1" and w/ programmable indexer.
1 VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER: Equipped with DUAL PALLETS, (16) tool automatic tool changer, 12,000 RPM spindle, and having table travel of X - 22.0" : Y - 16.1" : Z - 17.7".
1 CNC TURNING CENTER: Equipped with programmable tailstock for both high speed bar work to 1-1/4" diameter and chucking work to 5" dia. X 9.0" long.
1 CNC TURNING CENTER: Equipped with programmable tailstock for both high speed bar work to 1-3/8" diameter and chucking work to 8" dia. X 13.5" long.
1 CNC SECOND OPERATION TURNING CENTER: 1-1/16" dia. bar cappacity and 4" dia. X 6" long chucking capacity.
1 CAD-CAM CNC PROGRAMMING SYSTEM: direct connected (DNC) with all above CNC equipment.
